We are excited to offer shipping services to all of our U.A.E and GCC customers. Whether you live in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, you can order from us and receive the delivery at your home or office.

Cash on delivery only available in UAE.

Printz Factory is proud to be partnered with Aramex, the Middle East’s largest courier company for all shipments. Aramex will contact you to arrange the delivery at your convenience.

Printz Factory customers in the U.A.E will receive their order within 3-4 working days and customers in GCC countries will receive their orders within 3-6 working days.
Delivery costs are fixed at AED20 whatever the destination country. We offer free shipping on orders above AED150!.

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. 

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Returns & Replacements

Printz Factory goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled correctly, on time and are of the highest quality. We do not ever compromise on the quality of both our printable products as well as our printing materials. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so in-case there is anything wrong with any order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at info@printz.ae, within 30 days or receiving your order.

Payment

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. 
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

The online shopping system used on this website is a PayPal verified shopping cart integrated with PayPal's secure online payments system. PayPal is the most secured way to make a payment. The transaction will be processed by PayPal. During the checkout process you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to Printz. After verifications have been completed by PayPal, your order will then be processed.
